Coffee not just for drinking

It seems as if coffee is being used a lot of different ways beside drinking it. I’ve seen coffee in ice cream or ice cream drinks, and I was watching food network the other and they were making this chocolate cake that looked so good they used coffee in the batter and they also used a little coffee in the icing I think that would probably have done my caffiene limit for the day but it looked so good, so it seems like coffee is being used as flavoring in some foods as well
