Too much ingection of caffiene for example consumption of over four or five cups of coffee every day gives rise to tremors, a quick heart rate, argumented urination, anxiety, apprehention, stomach elisturbances and sleepleness.

Do baristas annoy you?
You walk into your favorite coffee shop, find a good spot, mark your temporary territory with a book or an invaluable belonging, walk over to the counter, and look up the menu. You’re thinking of what to order, when a familiar voice cuts in, “Hi (name)! Let me guess. Non-fat white chocolate mocha, no whipped cream, and chocolate eclair?” It’s the barista, naming your usual order which you’ve been getting for the past how many weeks.
On the one hand, it’s flattering that he or she actually remembers your name, your usual order, and even correctly associated it with your face. On the other, it’s a bit presumptuous. What makes him or her think that you don’t have enough sense of adventure to try out something new right now? Do you look like the kind of person who can’t help but stick to his boring old routine? Non-fat? Aren’t you looking more fit today, so that you deserve a calorie-laden frappuccino with double servings of whipped cream?
Next situation. You’re in the mood for a quiet, relaxing day. What could be a better setting than your neighborhood cafe, with that steady buzz of coffee brewing, the subdued chatter that blends into white noise, and the soft jazzy music playing in the background? You settle into a comfy chair, open your chosen feel-good book or magazine, and then suddenly, that familiar voice again asks you, “Hey (name)! How are you doing?” You smile politely and say you’re fine, thank you very much. You’re about to go back to your book when it cuts in again. “Oh, you’re not working today? Are you on leave?” Again, it’s flattering that he or she remembers you, and some things about your life which you probably shared bit by bit through your frequent visits. But isn’t it obvious that you just want to enjoy some quiet alone time? And, it’s not like you’re old buddies.

Coffee without a coffee maker
You don’t have to own a coffeemaker in order to make a great cup of coffee. Here is a simple recipe to be enjoyed whether at home, camping or on the road.
1 cup coffee
1 cup cold water
6 cups boiling water
1/4 cup very cold water
Mix coffee with cold water and beat together
Add six cups of boiling water
Boil for three minutes
Stir and add very cold water to settle
It’s as simple as that. Enjoy!
It’s great!
Don’t you think it’s great to walk into a coffee shop! Walking into Starbucks or any other coffee shop it’s amazing. I think it’s a great place to have a social meeting with friends or even catch up with some homework. As a student it’s always great to be greeted kindly by the hard working people behind the counter. The downside is that these coffee shops are always packed up to the rafters unfortunately. Although the noise is kept to a minimum and there is mostly always seating. Also may i add their table are tremendously small for all the books students always have to cary. All in all, i believe that coffee shops such as Starbucks are a great place to socialize and if you are looking for a job take a run to check their openings. Finally thank god for these modern french cafes. They always offer a great ambiance and a good time out.
Coffee and Dessert at Starbucks
Through the years, Starbucks has established itself not only as a place where you can get great-tasting and caffeine-loaded coffee, but also as the perfect venue for finding comfort food. Their desserts have been raved about my many.
One of my favorite desserts from this coffee shop is their Banoffee Pie. It’s served in a small, thin aluminum container, like a baby pie pan. And this little container is full of delicious banoffee goodness. Sliced bananas, cream, toffee, and crust – it’s comfort in a little pan.
Another dessert that I like is their honey-glazed donut. Fine, it’s not technically a dessert, but it’s a treat to my sweet tooth. It’s soft and not too sweet. It’s just right – and so is its price. I think it’s the cheapest item in their display counter.
My friends also like their Mango Madness and Oreo Cheesecake.
If you suddenly find yourself craving for something sweet with your cup of coffee, proceed to your nearest Starbucks.
Review: McCafé
I’ve been seeing adverstising for McDonald’s new McCafe’s which are essentially mocha’d up versions of an iced coffe. I’ve had their iced cofee in the past and was pleased. I wasn’t jumping for joy, but it was pretty tasty, especially at the price they had it for. When I ordered a much more expensive McCafé from McDonalds I expected it to taste pretty similar to their iced coffees.
In all honesty I was wrong. It was actually really really good. It tasted like it was made straight in the café of a little bistro in the heart of the city. This was the real thing and I quite enjoyed it. I was appalled at the price but do believe its a deal compared to if I bought this in a little coffee house.
I’d buy this again and stick with the mocha flavor as it is incredibly delicious and tastes very authentic as well.
Intelligentsia coming to Venice Beach soon!
Intelligentsia are a boutique chain of coffee roasters and cafes based in Chicago, Illinois. The quality of their beans and the pride they put into making their coffees ranks them amongst the best in the USA. They use fair trade beans (beans that are bought directly from growers or small collectives). A couple of years ago, Intelligentsia opened a store in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, and it has become a very popular institution for creatives, artists, and even celebrities. The Silver Lake store has a great, relaxed vibe, modern decor and a sheltered patio for sitting and sipping your latte on vibrant Sunset Boulevard.
A new Intelligentsia concept coffee store is due to open in Venice, California either June 8th or 9th. It was originally due to open in February 2009, so it has been many months of waiting for it finally to open. Soon westside LA will have its own local Intelligentsia coffeebar.
Gano Coffee Mix
Have you ever heard or tasted a mushroom type of instant coffee known as ganoderma? It is quite popular here in the Philippines though it is imported from countries such as Malaysia and China. It comes with a single cup packaging and prepared instantly by adding hot water only. It’s a three in one mix since its a coffee, sugar and creamer all rolled into one pack.
Ganoderma or Lingzhi is derived from a variety of red mushroom and considered as a herb of medicinal and supplemental value. Health conscious individuals may like to try it as an alternative form of supplement for the health and well being. It can be considered as a powerful antioxidant as it also takes care of your skin, lungs and liver. It helps flush out the toxins in the stomach and urinary tract, lower the cholesterol and blood pressure as well.
Try it today. I’m sure you will like the taste. More importantly, it is good for our health.
Dunkin Donut coffee
I like to drink coffee once in a while.I don’t drink every day.Because I get high palpation from caffiene.
When we go out, we stop by Dunkin Donuts and get coffee. Dunkin donut coffee is the best coffee. It is priced reasonably and it is better than any other coffee shops.I tried Mcdonalds, Starbucks. But I like Dunkin donut coffee only.
