Different ways of drinking my coffee..

There are different ways that we all may drink our coffee and that i used to put sugar into my coffee, before joining the military. Then, while in boot camp that is when i quit putting sugar into it and that ever since then i do not drink it with sugar in it. It just do not taste the same to me, but i do put creamer into it once in awhile, whenever that i am in the mood for it. Maybe in the future i might start to put sugar into it but not now or at least for a while.

Love the coffee but hate appearing like a crack addict?

Then try Folgers 1/2 Caff.
Okay, so Folgers will never hire me to do their PR, but I have made a discovery that I have to share.
As a freelance writer, I drink coffee. A lot of coffee. A lot of coffee all day.
Sometimes, plenty of coffee can give me a boost of inspiration and keep me motivated to write all day.
Other times, when my husband is home, I spend the whole day telling him fabulous ideas in rushed fragments and typing enough half emails to rack up 36 drafts in my inbox. Ultimately I never get anything done when I’ve had way too much coffee.
As a freelance writer, I own a business. My business. And that means that anything that stands in the way of my productivity has to go.
So I gave up coffee for three months.
The minute I ran out of tea bags, I was pounding unground coffee beans with a hammer on my counter faster than you can say “Drink water”.
Then I discovered Folgers 1/2 Caff at a business meeting. My client drinks as much coffee as I do, and I told him my story.
I was immediately hooked. Folgers 1/2 Caff has the same great taste as regular coffee (and I wasn’t even a Folgers drinker before) but half the caffeine to keep you from looking like a crack addict.
Sounds like 100% genius to me.

Coffee research

Diabities:-Twenty studies worldwide show that coffee both regular and decaf, lowers the risk for Type 2 diabetes, in some studies by as much as 50% Researchers say that is probably because chlorogenic acid, one of the many ingredients in coffee, slows uptake of glucose(sugar) from the intestines. (Excess sugar in the blood is a hallmark of diabetes). Chlorogenic acid may also stimulate GLP-1, a chemical that boosts insulin, the hormone that escorts sugar from the blood into cells. Yet another ingredient, trigonelline, a precurcor to vitamin B3 , may help slow glucose absorption.
