Coffee Might Actually be Good for You

We’ve all heard about the potential dangers of drinking too much coffee. Well now some researchers are saying that coffee may actually have some health benefits and may offer protection against some chronic illnesses.

According to wellness dietitian  Stacy Beeson, R.D.,  the type of antioxidants contained in coffee can protect your body from diabetes. Researchers say it also offers protection against Parkinson’s disease, colon cancer, cirrhosis and gallstones. The best part is it doesn’t take massive consumption to reap the benefits. Just two or three cups a day will do the trick.

 If coffee gets you too wound up or keeps you awake at night, you can always get decaffeinated and still enjoy the health benefits.
