Meridian Coffee House was originally started by Scott and Brenda in Alton, IL. Since then the location has changed ownership multiple times and is now a sandwich shop. Ahh, the fate of many a coffee-house startup.
So, what is this site all about? Coffee houses – starting, running and having fun with your own coffee shop.
Scott and Brenda have since moved on, but this site is dedicated to their example of following the dream — even though it may be hard and discouraging at times.
